Initially, all users present in a CO are categorized in admins and members.
When a collaboration is established, the roles can be refined depending on who gets the access to certain functionality of Research Cloud, in particular running workspaces and creating applications. That is why Research Cloud offers Special CO-groups that can be managed by a CO-admin.
Owner is a member of a CO who starts a workspace.
Developer is a member of a CO who can create and share a new application that is not listen in the catalog.
