This article is only relevant when you are using a specific SURF service desk account. If you have any questions regarding password reset for SURFconext, you have to change it at your own institute/company.

If you miss the password for (or Data Archive/Snellius/Grid) please open a helpdesk ticket here.

Step 1: Click on "Set password" in the text below the two log in options.

Click on "Set password".

Step 2: You will be redirected to the page shown on the right.

There you can fill in your username (e-mail address or chosen username) and click on "send".

The will receive a email 

Step 3: log in at the SURF Service Desk.

When you have reset your password you can log in at the service desk:
