This article is only relevant when you are using a specific SURF service desk account. If you have any questions regarding password reset for SURFconext, you have to change it at your own institute/company.
If you miss the password for https://portal.cua.surf.nl (or Data Archive/Snellius/Grid) please open a helpdesk ticket here.
