If you encounter an issue with Research Drive, there are three steps to follow for troubleshooting and support.
Step 1: Check service related notification page
Perhaps there is an issue, like a network outage, making your Research Drive environment temporarily unavailable. To check if there is a problem with the service or the network, please check out the page Service notifications.
Step 2: Check common issues
Perhaps your issue has occurred before. Check out the Common issues page to see if your issue is reported before and what the solution for your issue could be.
Step 3: Check out the Research Drive community platform
Research Drive is doing a pilot with a community platform. Here, users come together to discuss various topics which can perhaps be useful for your issue as well. The community platform can be accessed here: Research Drive community platform
Step 3: Contact the SURF help desk for support
