If you encounter an issue with Research Drive there are three steps to follow for troubleshooting and support.

Troubleshooting steps

Step 1: Check service related notification page

Perhaps there is an issue, like a network outage, making your Research Drive environment temporarily unavailable. To check if there is a problem with the service or the network, please check out the page Service notifications.

Step 2: Check common issues

Perhaps your issue has occurred before. Check out the Common issues page to see if your issue is reported before and what the solution for your issue could be. 

Step 3: Contact your institution's IT Servicedesk for support

Does your issue persist after following above steps, you can contact the IT Service Desk of your institution for support.
