Collaboration labels can be used to bring stucture to large nubers of collaborations within an organisation or unit. They can also be used to indicate to an application that (a set of) collaborations has certain properties.

Organisation managers and organisation admins can assign one or more labels to collaborations.

Technical details

Labels are scoped with the collaboration's organisation.

Labels are passed on to connected applications, via OIDC and LDAP and provisioned via SCIM and LDAP in the form of urn:mace:surf.nl:sram:label:<organisation>:<collaboration>:<label>.

Managing default labels

Organisation managers and organisation admins can assign one or more labels to all collaborations within their organisation, or within one or more units.
