Step 1: Go to the Service Desk portal | The link to the portal is: https://servicedesk.surfsarasurf.nl/ | ||
Step 2: Choose between 2 options to log in. | You can choose either to log in with SURFconext or with a service desk account. If your organization uses SURFconext you can click on the left option and the following pages guide you through familiar steps to log in. After login you end up at the SURF service desk (see step 4). If you do not have a SURFconext account you can log in with a username(e-mail address) and password combination. The steps below will show the specific details. | ||
Step 3: Click on "log In" with username and password | Fill in your username (email address) and password combination and click "log in"
