Open a support-ticket

When you send a support-ticket, a ResearchCloud advisor will get back to you and help.
Any of the following actions will send a support ticket to our service-desk:

  • Click on one of the support-links in the ResearchCloud-portal
  • Open a ticket at the servicedesk (you can speed things up by selecting "SURF ResearchCloud", in the service-field)
  • Send e-mail to servicedesk@surf.nl
