Sometimes it happens that an edubadge is wrongly issued. That's why it is posible to revoke an edubadge.
Instruction

Go to the  Issuer Portal. 

Select your institution and login with your institution account.

Go to the badge class for which you want to revoke edubadges.

Ga naar het tabblad In Backpack.

Select the student/learner whose edubadges you want to revoke and click on Revoke edubadge.

Provide a reason why the edubadge is being revoked and click Confirm.

The student will receive the following email:
