The edubadges platform provides the options to view reports and run queries. Click on one of the following instructions to learn more.
Instructions

Go to the Insight tab.

You will then arrive at the page below.

Edubadges in backpack

Hereyou will find the total of all edubadges that are included in the backpack of the recipients. These are divided into edubadges that are issued directly by the educational institution and accepted by the recipient and edubadges that are applied for and awarded by the educational institution. Under publicly available edubadges you will find the percentage of edubadges that have been made public.

It is important to do this because otherwise the badge will not be visible to third parties when it is shared. Here you can read how a student makes the badge public: Store and share edubadges

Direct Awarded

Here you will find the total of all edubadges issued directly by the institution. You will then see the number per status. The claim rate is the percentage of edubadges that are directly awarded (Direct Award) and accepted by the institution. Claim rate = (accepted)/total sent) x 100%.

Requested

Here you can see the total of all edubadges that have been requested by students. You can also see which badges have not yet been approved, are being processed, have been withdrawn and are being processed.

Filter

You can also filter on the information you see. You can filter by badge type, issuer group, issuer, the specific badge class, the year and a specific period.
