To maintain a good overview on the badge classes that have been made and to give employees rights at the right level you can make a structure. You can make issuergroups and issuers.

We advise to follow the already existing organogram of your institution. This means that issuergroups are faculties of sectors. Issuers are the studies.

Give acces to a new user

When you want to give a employee acces to the system you can do that by clicking on the tab Manage and then send an invitation from the right level.

Changing the right of an existing user

When somebody already had acces to the system you can change the rights & roles from the tab Users. Click first on the user for who you want the change the rights.

Tags is an additional functionality to provide structure. You can add tags to your badge class, so you can filter on them.

The tags can only be created, archived and deleted by an institution admin.

To create a tag, go to Change educational institution under the Manage tab.

Then click Add new tag at the bottom of the screen.

If you no longer want to add a tag to badge classes, but still want to filter on it, then
click on the Archive button. The tag will remain visible in the list after saving.

If you no longer want to add a tag to badge classes and do not want to be able to
filter on it, then click on the Delete button.

The tag will disappear from the list after saving.  When a tag is active, you can link it
to a badge class. You can link multiple tags to a badge class.

You can add or remove tags in a badge class at any time.

Under the Badge classes tab you can filter on 1 or more active or archived tags.
When you select multiple tags you will see the badge classes for which all selected tags apply. The tags can be found at the bottom of the filters, on the left of the screen.
