In the Award view of a badgeclass you will find information about de status of a badge. There are different tabs with information about the status of a badge. The tabs are:

Instructions

This tab shows an overview of the most important information of the badge class.

Here you can see the statuses of individual direct awards issued and direct awards issued in bulk. Clicking on a line gives detailed information.

This lists all open and scheduled direct awards.
This tab has two buttons: Resend and Delete Awards.

The Delete Awards button puts the selected direct awards in the deleted tab. You must provide a reason why the direct award is being removed. The student will receive an e-mail with the reason.

The Resend button sends another e-mail to the students of the selected direct awards. The Reminder column shows the date of the last reminder sent.
The direct awards that are scheduled are given the status ''Scheduled".

A direct award must be claimed by the recipient within 10 weeks. This end date is stated in the email and the 2 reminders that the learner receives. The direct awards that have not yet been claimed will be given the status Pending.

This tab contains requested edubadges. This tab has a Award button and a Deny request button.

With the Award button, the selected requests are granted and end up in the In backpack tab.

With the Deny request button, the selected applications are denied and end up in the Rejected tab.The student receives an email with the reason.

This lists all requests that are processed by the institution and direct awards that are accepted by the recipient.

This tab has a button Revoke edubadge. You have to select the edubadges you want to revoke 1 by 1.

You must provide a reason why the edubadge is being revoked. The student will receive an e-mail with the reason.

The revoked edubadges will appear in the Revoked tab.

This is where all revoked badges are listed. Both the revoked edubadges awarded with direct awards and those awarded with the application process.

This tab does not have a button. Revoked edubadges remain in the system.

This shows the requests rejected by the institution.

With the Award button, you can still award a selected request. This request then appears in the In backpack tab.

This contains the direct awards deleted from the Open Awards tab.

So these have been deleted before the recipient accepted them.

Deleted direct awards remain here for 30 days and are then permanently removed from the system.

This contains the edubadges that are denied by the recipient.

This tab contains a Delete Awards button. The Delete Awards button puts the selected direct awards in the deleted tab. You must provide a reason why the direct award is removed. The student will receive an e-mail with the reason.
