You will receive a link from your teacher where you can request the edubadge or you can find it through the catalog: https://www.edubadges.nl/catalog. 

• Log into the edubadges platform with your eduID click on Login to request the badge.

• Log in
• You will receive the following email

• In the backpack you will see your pending requests.

• When the teacher has approved your request, you will automatically receive your edubadge in your backpack.  You will receive the following email:
  

If you receive an edubadge through Direct Award, your teacher will send the edubadge to you directly, you receive an email of this. 

The email also contains a date by which you must claim the edubadge. After 4 and 8 weeks, you will receive a reminder. If you have not claimed the edubadge after 10 weeks, it will disappear and you will no longer be able to claim the edubadge.

• Click on Go to your backback in the e-mail. 
  • Please ensure that the email address in your eduID is the same as the email address you’ve received this email on.
• View details of the edubage to claim and add it to your backpack.

• View details of the edubage to claim and add it to your backpack.

If the badge does not appear with a button to claim it,then your eduID-account has not been linked to your institutional account. Visit your eduID accountpage, to link them.
