The Transactions tab of the Research Drive Dashboard is only visible to Dashboard Admins and shows all changes made within the dashboard.
This gives the dashboard admin oversight of changes made to the environment by themselves as well as others.
Filters
Use the filters in the upper right corner to filter the results. You can filter on the following:
Transaction type:
- Account: transactions related to user accounts and project folders
- Contract: transactions related to contracts
- Application account: transactions related to dashboard admin accounts
- Configuration: transactions related to the dashboard settings
Title:
Free-from text field to filter on the 'Affected item' column (e.g., project folder name, user name, contract name, etc.)
Status:
- New: transaction is not yet picked up
- Running: transaction is ongoing
- Completed: transaction is fulfilled
- Failed: transaction has failed
- Log: transactions limited to the dashboard, without an effect in Research Drive itself (e.g., creating/updating a contract, creating/deleting access tokens, attaching/removing admins, etc.)

Use the 'Title' search bar to filter on a specific project:
Click on a row to get a complete overview of that transaction:
