Introduction
The Research Drive Reporting App grants an overview of shares and permissions. It is searchable per user, per project or per path. Also, the data can be downloaded as an Excel document or .csv

Who has access?
Dashboard admins have access to the Reporting app. Contract admins and Project folder owners can also request access to the Reporting app by asking the Dashboard admins.
The level of details the Reporting App displays depends on your role:

| dashboard admin | Full access to Reporting Data |
| contract admin | Access limited to projects within their contract(s) |
| Project Folder Owner | Access limited to their project(s) |
Access to Reporting Data
A Dashboard Admin can grant access to the reporting app per account. To do so, navigate to the Dashboard → User Accounts. Select the account and enable the service under "Services" (please note that it may take up to ten minutes for this setting to have effect):
Within ten minutes you should see the Reporting icon in the top-right of the menu:
