I don't want my data being shared. Can I still use the service?

If you choose not to release the attributes to the service, you generally can't use it via SURFconext and your institution. In some cases the service offers other methods for login than SURFconext, like with a seperate username and password or via a social media account. These methods often do not offer the same access rights as your institution would give and are also less privacy-friendly.
