An application AUP (acceptable use policy) is presented to a user before the are able to log in to an application. Acceptance in mandatory, or the user cannot log in.

An application AUP is presented:

  1. The first time the user logs in
  2. An AUP was configure for the application since the last time the user logged in
  3. The AUP acceptance was reset by the application admin
