Access to Snellius can be provided through direct access for members of UvA, VU and TUE. This is covered by a different contract type that requires the approval of the corresponding IT departments of each university.
You can raise a request directly via a web form from our servicedesk pages (option "On institute contract"). This will send a ticket directly to the IT Coordinator's office and, once approved, sends it to us at SURF where we will set up the account for you.
This same form can be used to request or extend project space storage and Condos.
