There are multiple ways to share data:
Managing users in a research group
If you want to share with someone for long period of time, it is best to invite this person to your research group with either write/read or read-only permissions, see Getting started with the Yoda portal.
Publishing data packages
If you want to share data with the world, check if the publication module is configured for the Yoda instance of your institute. With the publication workflow built into Yoda, publishing FAIR data packages is easy breezy, see How to publish data packages.
